Denim sales were near non-existent and team wanted a rebrand to capitalize on and create renewed hype for denim line.
We decided, as a team we needed something that would look more authentic and expensive. So we conducted market research to find out what the customers’ need actually are.
We created a packaging system that was scalable and consistent. It create consumer trust and denim sales rose by 55% as a result. Also got employee feedback that packaging assisted in denim sales, making employees feel confident about what they were selling.
This was a learning experience. Working across multiple teams, buying, web, marketing on how to best approach this rebrand. We also got experience with compliance and what materials are good to use versus what require more testing.
